Wildwood KGK

Killebrew Psychological Services, Essential Touchstones and SEK Christian Therapeutic Intensives are excited to announce a new office location on Sunnybrook Road in Ridgeland, MS:  Wildwood KGK. The new outpatient treatment facility should be complete by summer of 2023.

In 2021, Dr. Alyssa Killebrew, founder of the three companies, and her late husband, Keath Gwin Killebrew (KGK), Sr., first walked the 1.25 acre wooded property and dreamed big about creating a center of excellence for emotional healing, catering to both adolescents and adults. The couple left knowing that this property was special and exactly what they had been searching for. They made an offer and quickly made it official. Shortly thereafter, Keath left the country to see to his other business, large scale cotton farming, where he was pursuing a cotton planting project in Paraguay, South America. While in Paraguay, tragedy struck when Keath died suddenly in a plane accident.

Wanting to ensure that Dr. Killebrew and her late husband’s new plan to expand services in the community still moved forward, Mr. Killebrew’s twin brother, Heath, stepped in to offer his assistance. As such, this new office location has truly been a family venture.

The new location will be named after the late Mr. Killebrew. The name Keath means a man who walks in the woods. According to Dr. Killebrew, her late husband lived up to his name as he loved the wild. Hence the name of the location will be Wildwood KGK in honor of Mr. Killebrew and one of his many missions.

This cutting edge behavioral health center of excellence will offer many evidence-based  therapeutic treatments and programs: psychological assessments, fitness for duty evaluations, biofeedback, pharmacogenetics testing, virtual therapy for rural communities, company EAP outsourcing, psychiatric medical evaluations, trauma therapy, family systems therapy, couples therapy, brainspotting, EMDR, psychodrama, art, week-long intensive for adolescents and their families, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), special programs for veterans, farmers and first responders, Professionals one and three day evaluations, codependency workshops, grief support groups, gender specific groups, therapeutic massage, nutrition and health coaching, as well as peer support.
